Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• The item is in original packaging
• You provide proof of purchase

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or worn items
• Opened consumable products (treats, food, supplements)
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund after review.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
